Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Aluminum Factory Supervisor to oversee the production of aluminum doors, windows, and façade systems. Candidates must have proven experience in aluminum fabrication, production supervision, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Supervise daily production activities in the aluminum factory.
  • Oversee the manufacturing of aluminum doors, windows, and façade systems.
  • Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
  • Manage and coordinate production workers and technicians.
  • Monitor material usage, inventory, and production efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and installation teams.

Requirements:

• • Proven experience as an Aluminum Factory Supervisor or in a similar position.
  • Experience supervising aluminum doors, windows, and façade production is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication processes and machinery.
  • Ability to manage production teams and meet deadlines.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
