About the Role

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily procurement and supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement procurement plans aligned with business requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and vendor performance.
• Oversee the purchasing process, including sourcing, RFQs, purchase orders, and contract follow-ups.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials and supplies are available when needed.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and budget requirements.
• Monitor procurement performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage and track procurement and supply chain activities.

Job Specification

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain.

Training & Skills

✓ Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software purchasing.

✓ Management and supervision experience.

✓ Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

✓ Understanding of the contract’s terms and the supplies.

✓ Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.

✓ Bargaining power.

✓ Ability to supervise cross-cultural teams

✓ Ability to work well under pressure and within time constraints.

Language

English and Arabic.
