Role Description The Sales Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar. This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations related to sales activities, including managing shipment requests, tracking deliveries, and ensuring accurate documentation. The coordinator interacts with customers and internal teams to resolve issues, provide shipment updates, and maintain high service standards. Responsibilities include supporting sales operations with timely quotations, order processing, and data entry in logistics systems. The role also involves analyzing shipment performance, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Operations skills to support order processing, quotations, and coordination between sales and logistics.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review shipment data, identify issues, and contribute to process improvements.
• Proficiency in basic office and logistics software (e.g., Excel, ERP or shipment tracking systems) is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are required.
• Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or related fields is an advantage.
• A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Al Khobar and collaborate with diverse teams in a professional, inclusive manner.
