Role Description :

The Head of Legal will lead and oversee all legal affairs of AlNassr Club Company, serving as the primary legal advisor to senior leadership and key stakeholders. This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh is responsible for providing strategic legal direction, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, safeguarding the Club’s legal and commercial interests, and supporting its corporate governance framework. The role will play a key part in managing legal risks and supporting the Club’s long-term strategic objectives through effective legal leadership and practical legal advice.

Key Accountabilities:

· Develop and lead the legal strategy, governance, and risk-management priorities.

· Advise leadership on corporate, commercial, sporting, employment, regulatory, and dispute matters.

· Oversee drafting, review, negotiation, approval, and storage of contracts.

· Manage litigation, claims, investigations, external counsel, and legal budgets.

· Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess implications.

· Establish legal policies, templates, authorities, playbooks, and matter-management standards.

· Support Board, shareholder, governance, and corporate-secretarial requirements as assigned.

· Protect intellectual property, confidential information, and contractual rights.

· Coordinate legal due diligence for partnerships, procurement, projects, and transactions.

· Provide legal training and practical guidance to business teams.

· Track legal matters, obligations, risks, deadlines, and external counsel performance.

Develop the legal team and report material legal exposures to leadership.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited institution is required. A Master’s degree in Law and professional legal qualification or admission to practice in Saudi Arabia .

Experience:

12+ years of legal experience, including senior leadership and substantial commercial or corporate exposure.

Experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or a complex service environment is preferred.
