Join Our Team | Procurement Officer (Civil & VIP Projects)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to support the successful delivery of prestigious VIP, Palace, Luxury Hospitality, High-End Residential, and Landmark Construction Projects across Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring civil construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted services while ensuring cost efficiency, quality compliance, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure civil construction materials, equipment, and services for VIP and luxury construction projects.
• Manage procurement activities for concrete, reinforcement steel, structural steel, precast elements, masonry materials, waterproofing systems, finishing materials, landscaping, and infrastructure works.
• Obtain quotations, conduct commercial evaluations, prepare comparison reports, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project managers, construction managers, engineers, consultants, and commercial teams to ensure procurement schedules align with project requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and approved vendors.
• Monitor market conditions and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and project standards.
• Manage material submittals, supplier approvals, procurement documentation, and delivery schedules.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual and project requirements.
• Support value engineering initiatives, variation orders, and alternative material proposals.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, supplier evaluations, and procurement tracking reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

✔ Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

✔ Experience in construction procurement, civil engineering projects, luxury hospitality developments, or VIP projects is an advantage.

✔ Strong understanding of civil construction materials and procurement processes.

✔ Knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier management, and contract administration.

✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
