About the Role

Rentocars is looking for a Car Rental Officer to join its team in Makkah. This full-time role focuses on managing car rental operations, from welcoming customers to delivering and receiving vehicles. The officer will handle booking procedures and contracts, while focusing on achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their needs to provide suitable rental options.
• Execute car booking and rental procedures and prepare the necessary contracts.
• Deliver and receive vehicles, ensuring their condition is accurately documented.
• Follow up on bookings, contracts, and vehicle return dates.
• Market rental services and work on increasing sales volume.
• Follow up on customer requests and handle feedback and complaints effectively.
• Ensure that all documents and procedures required for rental operations are completed.
• Follow up on the collection of dues in accordance with approved procedures.
• Adhere to the company's operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0 to 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to deal with customers and provide excellent service.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah. The officer will work within a dedicated team to ensure smooth car rental operations and achieve company goals.

Salary Range

The salary for this job ranges between 3,750 SAR and 5,625 SAR.
