About the Role
The Director of Marketing & Communications at Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the hotel's integrated marketing and communications strategy. This role aims to position Grand Hyatt The Red Sea as a leading luxury destination resort within The Red Sea destination. It is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee brand management, public relations, digital marketing, social media, content creation, partnerships, and events.
Manage all marketing communications initiatives to maximize brand awareness, drive direct revenue, and support commercial objectives.
Collaborate with Hyatt Regional Marketing, Revenue Management, Sales, Red Sea Global, Saudi Tourism Authority, PR agencies, creative agencies, and key stakeholders to ensure consistent brand positioning and commercial success.
Protect and strengthen the Grand Hyatt brand image across all guest touchpoints.
Ensure all communications, photography, videos, collateral, and creative assets comply with Hyatt Brand Standards.
Manage all hotel collateral, including brochures, fact sheets, presentations, and sales materials.
Lead all pre-opening brand positioning activities.
Duties
Develop and execute the annual Marketing & Communications Plan aligned with the hotel's Business Plan.
Develop annual marketing budgets and monitor expenditure to maximize return on investment.
Support Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Meetings & Events, and all revenue-generating departments through integrated marketing campaigns.
Ensure all marketing initiatives support Hyatt brand standards and commercial objectives.
Experience and Qualifications
Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector. A strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, brand management, and digital marketing is required.
Reporting Structure
This role involves close collaboration with various internal departments and external partners, including regional marketing teams, sales, and tourism authorities, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and commercial success.
