About the HRIS Intern Role at Ninja
Ninja is seeking a motivated HRIS Intern to join its Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR systems, employee data management, reporting, and HR process support. The role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, including fresh graduates or current students, and focuses on supporting the administration, maintenance, and improvement of HR information systems.
Key Responsibilities

Support the HR team in maintaining and updating employee data within HRIS systems.
Assist with data entry, validation, and reporting tasks.
Provide support for HRIS-related requests and troubleshoot basic system issues.
Assist in generating various HR reports and analyzing HR data to identify trends.
Support system updates, testing, and the implementation of new HRIS processes.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure the integrity of all data.
Assist in documenting HRIS procedures and processes for clarity and consistency.
Coordinate with relevant teams to effectively resolve HRIS-related issues.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or currently enrolled student.
Basic understanding of HR processes and HRIS systems.

Essential Skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrated strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
