Role Summary
The Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing a self-directing team focused on the intake and processing of specified poultry products. The primary objective is to meet internal customer demands within established management performance parameters, including efficiency, loss-in-process control, and zero non-conformance. This role is critical in ensuring all activities comply with defined product specifications, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a self-directing, multi-functional team within the poultry processing unit.
Ensure efficient intake of poultry.
Oversee the processing of specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements.
Operate within defined management performance parameters, including efficiency and loss-in-process targets.
Strive for zero non-conformance in all processing activities.
Ensure strict adherence to defined product specifications.
Maintain compliance with all established Quality and Safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
Understanding of poultry processing operations and related quality/safety protocols.
