About the Role
Hilton is seeking an Operation Manager to oversee daily hotel operations in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on delivering hospitality experiences and managing various aspects of hotel functions to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, direct, and manage daily hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Ensure service delivery and compliance with brand and company standards.
Monitor guest service trends and assess overall satisfaction to direct strategies for enhancing the guest experience.
Drive long-term service quality improvements.
Identify gaps in processes or team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Drive the hotel’s quality assurance process by setting goals and enabling service recovery.
Monitor guest satisfaction metrics.
Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant operational role.
