About the Role

We are looking for an Accommodation Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of RELA-managed accommodation facilities across Riyadh.

This is a full-time on-site field role involving regular visits to accommodation sites. The role focuses on ensuring facility readiness cleanliness safety service quality and timely resolution of operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Operations: Conduct regular site visits to monitor facility readiness cleanliness safety and overall service quality.
• Operational Follow-up: Track maintenance housekeeping facility issues and operational requests through to resolution.
• Coordination: Work closely with accommodation supervisors vendors service providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Move-in Readiness: Support unit inspections readiness checks occupancy coordination and move-in requirements.
• Quality Control: Ensure accommodation facilities meet RELAs operational standards and client expectations.
• Reporting: Identify operational gaps document observations and provide clear reports with practical recommendations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate site records operational updates and follow-up reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance the resident and client experience.

Requirements

• Experience: 13 years of experience in operations facilities management property management hospitality accommodation or a related field.
• Field Work: Comfortable conducting regular site visits across multiple accommodation locations in Riyadh.
• Coordination: Strong follow-up coordination and ownership skills.
• Communication: Ability to communicate professionally with site teams vendors service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Hands-on detail-oriented and able to manage multiple operational priorities.
• Language: Arabic is required; English is an advantage.
• Driving License: A valid driving license is preferred.
