Job Summary

Supervision: Lead and schedule bell staff for efficient operation.

Guest Assistance: Ensure timely luggage delivery and guest escort services.

Communication: Coordinate with front desk for guest requests.

Maintenance: Oversee cleanliness and functionality of the lobby area.

Training: Mentor bell staff on service standards.


Qualifications :

High School diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in bell services with leadership duties.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Knowledge of local attractions and services.
