Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Talent Hunter in Saudi Arabia. Our client is seeking skilled motivated professionals who can identify attract and engage suitable talent for organizational requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Source suitable candidates through job portals professional networks databases referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Identify prospective candidates based on job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments against role requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
- Engage prospective candidates and communicate relevant job opportunities effectively.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment progress.
- Support interview coordination and follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills
- Talent Sourcing Ability to identify suitable candidates across multiple sourcing channels.
- Candidate Screening Ability to evaluate profiles against role-specific requirements.
- Recruitment Platforms Working knowledge of job portals databases and professional networking platforms.
- Candidate Mapping Ability to map relevant talent pools for targeted requirements.
- Candidate Engagement Ability to communicate opportunities and maintain candidate interest through the hiring process.
Preferred Skills
- Recruitment database/ATS familiarity
- Boolean and keyword-based candidate searching
- Recruitment pipeline management
Work Experience Requirements
Experience was not specified. Typical requirement: approximately 14 years of experience in recruitment talent sourcing talent acquisition or a related hiring function. Experience handling candidate sourcing and screening in a target-driven recruitment environment would typically be relevant.
Education
- Minimum: Typical Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration Management or related discipline
- Preferred: Typical MBA/PG qualification in HR
