The Opportunity: Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing)
Almarai is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) to oversee engineering and maintenance operations within its manufacturing facilities. This full-time role is critical for ensuring maximum plant availability through the implementation of best-in-class preventive maintenance systems, effective asset management, and adherence to engineering compliance standards. The manager will also be responsible for developing a high-performing, multi-skilled engineering workforce.
Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering and maintenance operations to maximize plant availability.
Drive preventive maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement programs.
Manage engineering projects, budgets, and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality standards.
Develop and lead a high-performing engineering team.
Oversee utilities, automation, and critical plant systems.

Qualifications and Experience

HND/HNC or a Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
7+ years of Engineering Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience within the Food, Dairy, or Beverage industry is essential.
Strong knowledge of maintenance, automation, utilities, and plant operations.
Proven leadership experience with multi-skilled engineering teams.
Solid understanding of Health & Safety and Quality Systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
