The Role of Sales Specialist – ERP & ICT
The Sales Specialist – ERP & ICT is responsible for the sale of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and Information & Communication Technology (ICT) products and services. This full-time position involves identifying customer needs, positioning relevant solutions, managing the entire sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets through consultative and solution-based selling. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for ERP and ICT solutions.
Sell ERP systems (*, Finance, HR, SCM, CRM) and ICT services including infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.
Conduct needs analysis to understand client business processes and technical requirements.
Prepare and deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Coordinate with presales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure solution alignment.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage renewals and upselling.
Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM systems.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging ERP and ICT technologies.

Experience and Skills
