About the Role
Marriott Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position. This role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to provide a range of services that guide guests throughout their stay, ensuring all interactions contribute positively to their overall experience.
Key Responsibilities

Initiating and delivering a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests efficiently.
Completing necessary reports and sharing information about the local area.
Ensuring all transactions are integrated seamlessly into the guest experience.
Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Upholding confidentiality and protecting company assets.
Ensuring professional appearance, uniform, and communication standards are met.

Physical Requirements
This role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The Guest Experience Expert will also take a hands-on approach to work, which involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Qualifications and Requirements

Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
Experience: 0-1 years of related work experience. No supervisory experience is required.
License or Certification: None required.
