Role Overview
The Farm Planner is responsible for ensuring the healthy growth, welfare, and productivity of poultry flocks. This involves implementing proper daily care, monitoring, and farm management practices to maintain consistent production performance. The role supports overall farm operations through adherence to biosecurity standards, feeding programs, and environmental controls.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the healthy growth, welfare, and productivity of poultry flocks through proper daily care, monitoring, and farm management practices.
Maintain consistent production performance by following biosecurity standards, feeding programs, and environmental controls to achieve optimal egg or meat output.
Support smooth farm operations by assisting in routine tasks such as vaccination, record-keeping, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Poultry Production and Animal Science, or a related major.
3-5 years of experience in GP farms or a similar role and field.
Good English communication skills.
Understanding of poultry farming, specifically breeding farms.
Knowledge of brooding, feeding, and egg collection processes.
