Key Responsibilities

Manage a multi-functional team responsible for poultry intake and processing.

Monitor and achieve management performance parameters, including efficiency and loss-in-process targets.
Implement and maintain a zero non-conformance rate for all processed products.
Ensure strict adherence to defined product specifications.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar position within a poultry or food environment.
Demonstrated experience in a high-volume operational setting.
A degree in Poultry Processing, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
Working knowledge and understanding of the implementation of international Quality Standards, such as ISO 9000 and HACCP.
