The Opportunity
Almarai is seeking a Senior Production Manager (Poultry) to join its team in Hail. This full-time role involves managing production operations within the poultry sector to meet customer requirements and quality standards. The position is part of a multinational team focused on supporting the group's growth plans.
Role Overview
The Senior Production Manager will oversee self-directing, multi-functional teams responsible for processing and packing poultry products. The primary objective is to fulfill internal customer orders efficiently, adhering to defined product specifications, quality, and safety standards. This role ensures that all poultry products are packed to meet service requirements while maintaining agreed-upon quality specifications and cost parameters. It also involves ensuring that all necessary resources are available and utilized in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities

Manage multi-functional teams in the processing and packing of poultry products.
Ensure efficient operations to meet internal customer order requirements.
Adhere to management performance parameters, product specifications, and quality standards.
Maintain defined safety standards throughout the production process.
Ensure all poultry products are packed to fulfill internal customer service requirements.
Meet agreed-upon quality specifications and cost parameters.
Ensure the availability and safe, efficient utilization of all necessary resources.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.
