Role Summary
The F&B Service Expert is responsible for creating memorable and unique dining experiences for guests beyond just serving food and beverages. This full-time role, located in the Red Sea region, involves taking initiative to provide a range of guest-focused services, ensuring that every interaction contributes positively to the overall guest experience. The F&B Service Expert will uphold The Ritz-Carlton's "Gold Standards" daily with kindness and attention.
Key Responsibilities

Set tables and ensure proper presentation for guest dining.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate service.
Interact with and serve guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Clean and maintain work and storage areas to company standards.
Ensure all transactions are integrated into the guest experience.
Adhere to company guidelines and procedures, including safety protocols.
Maintain quality standards in service and presentation.
Ensure professional appearance, personal grooming, and communication.
Review and verify menu information accurately.
Implement the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton, including the Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
Capacity to move across sloped, uneven, and sometimes slippery surfaces.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
Capability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
