About the Role
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking a Saudi National Waiter for a full-time position in the Red Sea region. This role focuses on providing exceptional guest service to create memorable dining experiences, extending beyond basic food service to encompass a comprehensive guest interaction.
Key Responsibilities

Set tables and ensure dining areas are prepared for guests.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to manage orders and service flow.
Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
Clean work areas and maintain supplies according to established standards.
Ensure transactions are handled efficiently and contribute to the overall guest experience.
Uphold company policies and procedures, quality standards, and maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
Adhere to all safety workplace guidelines.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Read and visually verify information, including menus.
Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

High school diploma or *** equivalent.
Less than 1 year of related work experience.
No supervisory experience required.
No specific license or certification is required.
