Responsibilities
The Peer Reviewer will be responsible for evaluating scientific manuscripts within the field of oncology. Key responsibilities include:

Assessing the novelty and originality of manuscripts, ensuring they contribute new knowledge or insights to the field.
Evaluating the study design and methodology for appropriateness, comprehensiveness, and clarity to ensure reproducibility.
Conducting a thorough literature review to confirm that the manuscript incorporates and cites relevant, up-to-date research.
Analyzing results and conclusions to determine if they are presented clearly, supported by data, and significant to the field.
Providing constructive feedback, identifying any flaws, omissions, or ethical concerns within the manuscript.
Recommending publication status (acceptance, revision, or rejection) to the journal editor based on a comprehensive evaluation.

Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates for this role must possess a PHD and demonstrate significant experience in oncology peer review. Specific requirements include:

A doctoral degree (PHD) in a relevant scientific field, with a specialization in Oncology.
Between 5 to 10 years of experience in academic research, publishing, or peer review processes.
Demonstrated ability to critically assess scientific manuscripts for originality, methodological rigor, and data integrity.
Strong understanding of ethical guidelines in scientific publishing.
