We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across 01worth projects and ensure high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple projects.
- Manage reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and operational teams.
- Ensure high hospitality and guest service standards.
- Monitor operational costs, budgets, and performance.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Develop and improve operational procedures.
Requirements
- 8+ years of operations experience in hotels or serviced apartments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent hospitality and customer service knowledge.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
