Job description
Lead Playmaker Film Studio's commercial growth strategy, driving revenue through strategic partnerships, leasing, sponsorships, marketing, and business development.
The role is responsible for maximizing studio utilization, enhancing brand visibility, and building long-term partnerships across the film, media, and entertainment ecosystem.
Direct Reports Partnership & Business Development Manager Leasing & Tenant Relations Manager Marketing & Communications Lead Social Media Specialist Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the studio's commercial and partnership strategy.
Identify and secure new revenue opportunities, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
Lead commercial negotiations and manage key client and stakeholder relationships.
Oversee leasing activities, tenant acquisition, retention, and occupancy performance.
Drive marketing, communications, and brand positioning initiatives.
Oversee digital and social media strategies to enhance audience engagement and awareness.
Monitor commercial performance, budgets, KPIs, and revenue targets.
Represent Playmaker Film Studio with industry partners, investors, production companies, and government stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
12+ years of experience in commercial, partnerships, business development, or marketing leadership roles.
Experience within film, media, entertainment, creative industries, sports, or events sectors preferred.
Proven track record in securing strategic partnerships and commercial revenue growth.
