Overview

The Manager Project Controls is responsible for overseeing integrated planning scheduling cost control and performance monitoring across all contracts ensuring alignment with program objectives and supporting informed decision-making by the Employer.

Your role

• Monitor contractor schedules progress and milestones ensuring alignment with approved plans and program timelines.
• Oversee cost control forecasting and budget tracking across multiple contracts and work streams.
• Validate contractor reporting ensuring accuracy of progress cost and performance data.
• Identify schedule delays cost risks and performance deviations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Provide integrated dashboards reporting and strategic insights to support Employer decision-making.

About you

• Minimum 7 years experience in project controls planning cost control or program management in infrastructure / transport projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling tools (Primavera / MS Project) cost control systems and reporting frameworks.
• Experience working in multi-contract or PMC environments.
• Strong analytical reporting and stakeholder coordination skills.
