Job PurposeTo lead and execute the e-commerce product strategy driving digital marketplace growth by defining the product roadmap enhancing user experience and launching innovative featureswhile ensuring all initiatives are delivered within a 25000 SAR budget and aligned with the organizations customer-centric vision for the Saudi market.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Define and execute e-commerce product roadmap
- Increase online conversion rates by 20%
- Launch 3 new product features per quarter
- Optimize user experience for Saudi market
- Manage product lifecycle within 25K SAR budget
- Utilize product roadmap tools (Jira Trello Asana)
- Apply data analytics (Google Analytics Mixpanel)
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation
- Manage e-commerce platforms (Shopify Magento or custom)
- Perform SQL and data querying
- Apply UX/UI principles
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and vision
- Lead cross-functional teams
- Manage stakeholder relationships
