Job Summary

We are looking for a resultsdriven Ecommerce Manager with expertlevel experience in Odoo eCommerce AWS integrations and Dropshippingmodels. The successful candidate will lead the planning and optimization of our online sales strategy across digital platforms ensuring seamless integration between ecommerce operations and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Ecommerce Growth

• Define and execute the ecommerce business plan aligned with the companys strategic goals.
• Develop and implement strategies for Odoo eCommerce to increase traffic conversion and sales.
• Evaluate and improve user journeys checkout flows and digital merchandising.

Odoo eCommerce Management

• Manage the full life cycle of the Odoo eCommerce platform including product catalog pricing rules promotions and website layout.
• Customize Odoo modules to support unique business requirements (e.g. digital vouchers multiwarehouse setup).
• Coordinate with Odoo ERP modules (Inventory Sales Accounting CRM) to ensure endtoend system alignment.

AWS Integration

• Lead and maintain AWShosted Odoo instances including EC2 S3 RDS CloudFront and Load Balancers.
• Ensure robust data security backup autoscaling and highavailability configurations.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployments and CI/CD pipelines for Odoo custom modules.

Drop shipping Operations

• Establish and optimize dropshippingworkflows using Odoo Purchase Inventory and Vendor Portals.
• Integrate thirdparty drop shipping platforms and APIs for realtime stock visibility and order tracking.
• Build vendor SLA dashboards to monitor shipping performance and manage exceptions proactively.

Digital Marketing & CX Optimization

• Collaborate on campaigns for SEO SEM email marketing and paid social to drive qualified traffic.
• Use Odoos Marketing Automation tools and integration with Mailchimp or SendGrid for lifecycle marketing.
• Apply A/B testing and personalization to boost customer experience and lifetime value.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Leverage Odoo BI Google Analytics 4 and external tools (e.g. Power BI) for realtime insights.
• Report on key KPIs such as GMV CAC LTV churn rate and fulfillment KPIs.
• Recommend datadriven improvements to UX promotions and backend processes.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor crossfunctional teams including developers digital marketers and support staff.
• Define SOPs and training materials for Odoo users and customer support agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in business Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years in ecommerce with 3 years of handson Odoo eCommerce experience.
• Proven experience with AWS infrastructure and services for Odoo hosting.
• Strong understanding of drop shippingmodels logistics automation and vendor integration.
• Familiarity with payment gateways (e.g. PayPal Stripe HyperPay SAWA MAD) and regional compliance standards.
• Proficiency with HTML/CSS Python (Odoo) and REST APIs is a strong plus.
• Excellent leadership project management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multiregion ecommerce (MENA EU US) using localized settings in Odoo.
• Knowledge of headless commerce PWA (Progressive Web Apps) and Odoo frontend customization.
  
• Bilingual (Arabic/English) is a plus for MENAbased roles.
