Finance & Accounting Manager

About the RoleAmsy is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee and manage all finance and accounting activities. This full-time role involves comprehensive financial management, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital.Oversee monthly and annual financial closing and reporting processes.Monitor project and manufacturing costs, profitability, and cost variances.Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Monitor project budgets, contract costs, commitments, and financial performance.Coordinate with project, procurement, production, and management teams on financial matters.Ensure compliance with VAT, ZATCA requirements, and other applicable regulations.Develop and improve financial controls, procedures, and reporting systems.Provide management with financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.Qualifications and ExperienceCandidates for this position should possess 8+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting management.
