Job description
We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Assistant Finance Manager in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a reputed organization in the Manufacturing sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial accounting activities and ensure accurate maintenance of books and records.
- Prepare periodic financial statements, management reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Ensure compliance with applicable VAT, Zakat, tax, and other statutory financial requirements in Saudi Arabia.
- Monitor manufacturing-related accounting, including costs, inventory transactions, accruals, and financial controls.
- Review general ledger entries, account reconciliations, provisions, and month-end closing activities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, tax advisers, and other stakeholders on finance-related matters.
- Strengthen financial controls and ensure accounting transactions comply with established policies and procedures.
Manufacturing Accounting: Strong understanding of accounting processes in a manufacturing environment.
VAT, Zakat & Tax: Excellent working knowledge of Saudi VAT, Zakat, and applicable taxation requirements.
Financial Accounting: Proven capability in maintaining accurate financial records, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
Financial Reporting: Ability to prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
Compliance & Controls: Strong understanding of financial controls, statutory compliance, and accounting procedures.
Preferred Skills
- Construction accounting exposure.
- Cost accounting and manufacturing cost-control knowledge.
- Experience working in a senior finance function within a manufacturing organization.
Candidates must have 8–10 years of professional experience. Strong experience in Manufacturing and/or Construction Accounting is required, with demonstrated exposure to financial accounting, reporting, taxation, and compliance activities. Relevant industry experience is preferred.
