About the Role We’re looking for an HR Specialist – Employee Experience, Culture & Engagement to join our HR team at Moyasar.
As Moyasar continues to grow in the fintech and payments sector, you’ll help create a positive employee experience and strengthen our culture across different teams.
You’ll focus on engagement, internal communication, recognition, and initiatives that keep our people connected and engaged.
What You’ll Do Support employee engagement and culture initiatives across Moyasar.
Plan internal events, activities, and employee recognition programs.
Support the employee journey from onboarding through offboarding.
Coordinate employee surveys and collect feedback.
Turn employee feedback into practical improvement initiatives.
Support internal HR communications and company announcements.
Improve the onboarding and new-joiner experience.
Support recognition, wellbeing, and team-building initiatives.
Work closely with managers and employees across our different teams.
Track employee engagement activities and related HR metrics.
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in HR, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and comfortable organizing employee activities and initiatives.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Experience in fintech, technology, or financial services is a plus.
Arabic and English communication skills.
