About the Role:

Responsible for the maximization and profitable growth of Foodservice sales, builds and maintains relationships with key customer stakeholders for all strategic partners. Play a fundamental role in developing future growth, and provide vision, direction, and leadership for sales teams.

Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• Bachelor's degrees in related field.

  
  
  

• 10 to 15 years of overall experience, including 5-10 years of exclusive experience in Foodservice Key Accounts or FMCG sales management or distribution sales.

  
  
  

• Experience in handling diverse sales teams delivering high performance.

  
  
  

• Experience in processed meat industry and product range.

  
  
  

• Experience of budget preparation, an eye for data driven trends, forecasting and planning. Sales & business in a managerial position.

  
  
  

• Knowledge of sales operation & Key Account dynamics and decision making

  
  
  

• Knowledge of Foodservice customers WoW & RTM skills / strong trusted trade relationships.

  
  
  

• Proficient team management. leadership, building a team focused approach to results.

  
  
  

• Forecast, planning & execution skills. Strong communication & interpersonal skills
