About the Role:

To manage a self-directing, multi-functional team in the manufacture and packaging of seafood products while maintaining internal and regulatory standards and continuously improving production efficiencies in a safe manner

Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• • Bachelor degree in dairy / food technology or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years experience in a Quality role
  • Working knowledge of ISO9000 / ISO 22000 quality standards
  • Excellent communication skills, Arabic / English
  • Driving and helping to implement & corrective actions along with department managers
  • Being active member of HACCP team
  • Successful commissioning of new equipment verification and trials
  • Maintain Health and Safety in the dept by conducting risk assessments
  • Plant inspections as and when required.
  • Conduct GMP audits are required.
