Key Responsibilities
Provides advice on processes for enhancing employees’ knowledge of practical, technical, and behavioral aspects that contribute to increasing individual productivity, and carries out all activities and procedures related to employees’ scholarships and secondments in the organization. Provides advice on conducting an analysis of training needs based on the results of performance management and competency gaps that are identified, and developing a comprehensive training plan in coordination with agencies and general departments to ensure that performance gaps are addressed. Recommends tasks related to designing and implementing employee development programs based on the organization’s needs, in coordination with the organizational units in the organization. Recommends a mechanism for training scheduling procedures, employee registration, and training evaluation. Provides advice on following up on the implementation of training activities in accordance with the annual development plans prepared by them. Provides advice on evaluating the effectiveness of implemented training programs using multiple methodologies and methods. Recommends tasks related to reviewing the comments/views received regarding the necessary training programs and identifying possible opportunities for improvement in those programs. Provides advice on managing training invitations received from foreign entities outside the organization and coordinating with internal stakeholders to respond to the invitations and nominate qualified employees to participate in the training. Provides advice on managing certificates, archiving documents, and maintaining the database. Recommends a mechanism for following up with scholarship recipients, responding to their inquiries, and providing the necessary support. Provides advice on tasks related to managing the implementation of scholarship recipients’ requests, such as: extending the study period, postponement, changing the specialization, changing the university, etc. Recommends procedures for preparing reports related to academic learning that identify the key indicators for those activities. Contributes to the activities of preparing, analyzing, and presenting reports on the key indicators of the necessary training programs to the relevant stakeholders. Recommends tasks related to reviewing and approving scholarship applications. Provides advice on activities related to identifying, collecting, and analyzing the organization’s needs for educational qualifications and academic specializations, and preparing an annual plan for this that includes determining the number of seats and the mechanism for distributing them among the organization’s sectors. Complies with the organization’s work controls and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and the procedures of the organizational unit. Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.
Required Experience Minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant field.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field.
