Role Summary
The Team Manager will lead a self-directing team focused on the intake and processing of poultry products. The primary objective is to meet internal customer requirements while maintaining management performance parameters, including efficiency, loss-in-process control, and zero non-conformance. This involves strict adherence to defined product specifications, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a self-directing, multi-functional team in poultry intake and processing.
Ensure efficient processing of specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements.
Monitor and maintain management performance parameters, including efficiencies and loss-in-process.
Work towards achieving zero non-conformance in all processing activities.
Ensure strict adherence to defined product specifications.
Uphold all established Quality and Safety standards throughout the operation.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively.
Understanding of poultry processing operations is essential.
