Role Overview: Laundry Supervisor - Saudi National
The Laundry Supervisor - Saudi National will play a key role in ensuring the consistent delivery of The Ritz-Carlton's "Gold Standards" in service and quality. This full-time position involves supporting Housekeeping management in daily operations and coordinating efforts across various departments to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and property appearance. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and the pool after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.
Manage sold room reports, verify room status, identify discrepant rooms, prioritize cleaning, and update the status of departing guest rooms.
Assist Housekeeping management with daily activities and act as a liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
Document and resolve issues related to discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.
Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments, and communicate issues to the next shift.
Complete all required paperwork and assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
Adhere to all company and safety and security policies and procedures, reporting maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries, and completing necessary safety training.
Ensure a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guest service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Communicate professionally with others and foster positive working relationships.
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Physical Requirements

Ability to move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance, and in excess of 55 pounds with assistance.
Capability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related machinery over sloping and uneven surfaces.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods across an entire work shift.
Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems.
Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
