The Opportunity: Team Leader I (Poultry)
Almarai is seeking a Team Leader I (Poultry) to join its operations in Hail. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will lead a self-directing, multi-functional team focused on poultry intake and processing to meet internal customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Lead a multi-functional team in the efficient intake and processing of poultry.
Ensure the production of specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements.
Operate within established management performance parameters, including efficiency and loss-in-process targets.
Maintain zero non-conformance by adhering to product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Understanding of poultry processing operations and quality control.
