About the Captain Role at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts
St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Captain to join the team in the Red Sea region. This full-time position focuses on creating a memorable dining experience for guests, extending beyond basic food service. The Captain plays a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and efficient operations.
Core Responsibilities

Setting tables and preparing dining areas for service.
Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
Interacting with and serving guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies.
Handling transactions as part of the overall guest experience.

Professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communication is required at all times.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
The role requires physical activity and attention to detail. Candidates should be prepared for the following:

Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, including movement over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Reading and visually verifying information, such as menus.
Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
