About the Role
Hilton is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its Hotels team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the preparation of high-quality dishes and ensuring memorable guest experiences through culinary excellence. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare dishes according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation through seasoning, cooking, and testing.
Supervise the kitchen team, providing support to line cooks and ensuring smooth operations in the absence of senior chefs.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all work areas, preventing cross-contamination.
Monitor ingredient quality and ensure proper storage and stock rotation.
Contribute to controlling food costs, improving gross profit margins, and meeting departmental financial targets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold guest and team member wellbeing standards.
