The Role of Transport Coordinator
Almarai is seeking a Transport Coordinator to join its team in Al-Kharj. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the timely dispatch of fresh, UHT/Foods, and milk products according to daily and weekly plans. The role involves ensuring deliveries reach the correct destinations with accurate documentation, contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives from the operating hubs.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the timely dispatch of fresh, UHT/Foods, and milk products.
Verify that dispatches align with daily and weekly plans.
Confirm products are sent to the correct destinations.
Ensure all dispatch documentation is accurate.
Contribute to achieving department objectives from operating hubs.

Qualifications and Experience

Recognized Computer qualification or High School Graduate.
3 – 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.

Required Skills

Ability to plan and organize multiple activities simultaneously.
Proficiency in English communication.
Report writing skills.
Stakeholder management skills.
Presentation skills.
