Job description

• Execution and review of daily accounting operations and entries.
• Preparation and review of bank reconciliations and general ledger accounts.
• Monitoring accounts receivable and payable and ensuring the accuracy of balances.
• Preparation of periodic financial reports and statements.
• Assisting in monthly and annual accounting closings.
• Reviewing invoices and documents and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
• Tracking revenues and expenses and recording them according to established procedures.
• Analyzing accounts and identifying discrepancies and errors and working to resolve them.
• Preparing and reviewing account statements and financial reconciliations.
• Monitoring fixed assets and related records as needed.
• Coordinating with various departments to provide required financial data and documents.
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports as needed.
• Supporting internal and external audit activities and providing required documentation.
• Complying with accounting policies and procedures and related systems.
• Preparing required accounting reports for management.
• Contributing to the improvement of accounting procedures and controls.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting.
• Good experience in preparing and reviewing accounts and financial reports.
• Good knowledge of accounts receivable and payable and bank reconciliations.
• Experience in monthly and annual accounting closures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting systems is preferred.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Good analytical skills and report preparation.
• High accuracy in work and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English.
