Job description

• Management and supervision of daily accounting operations.
• Review of accounting entries and ensuring the accuracy of financial transaction recordings.
• Oversight of accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliation follow-up.
• Preparation and review of periodic financial reports and statements.
• Supervision of monthly and annual accounting closure processes.
• Preparation and review of bank reconciliations.
• Monitoring expenses and revenues and ensuring their accurate recording.
• Review of invoices and financial documents to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Tracking fixed assets, depreciation, and related records.
• Coordination with internal and external auditors and providing required documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and related systems.
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports as needed.
• Analyzing accounts and identifying errors or discrepancies and addressing them.
• Developing and improving accounting procedures and controls.
• Preparing required accounting reports for management.
• Supervising the accounting team, distributing tasks, and monitoring performance.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field.
• Experience of at least 4 years in the accounting field.
• Strong experience in preparing and reviewing accounts and financial reports.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards and relevant financial systems.
• Experience in accounts receivable, payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Experience in monthly and annual closing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in using ERP systems and accounting systems is preferred.
• Strong skills in financial and accounting analysis and report preparation.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
