Job description

• Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations.
• Organize processes for receiving, inspecting, storing, and dispatching goods and materials.
• Ensure accuracy of quantities and items upon receipt and dispatch.
• Organize and optimize storage locations for efficient use of warehouse space.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify needs, and communicate with relevant departments.
• Conduct and monitor periodic inventory counts and reconcile with actual stock.
• Track inventory movements and continuously update records and data.
• Oversee loading and unloading operations, ensuring safe execution.
• Monitor damaged or stagnant materials and take appropriate actions.
• Coordinate with buyers, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement safety and security procedures within the warehouse.
• Prepare regular reports related to inventory and warehouse movements.
• Monitor performance indicators related to warehouse operations and work on improving efficiency and reducing costs.
• Supervise warehouse team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant procedures.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in warehouse management, with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Good knowledge of receiving, storing, dispatching, and inventory management processes.
• Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Preferred experience in using ERP systems or warehouse management systems.
• Good planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and monitor performance.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operations efficiently.
