Job description

• Manage and oversee daily financial and accounting operations.
• Prepare and review periodic financial reports and statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets, plans, and financial forecasts.
• Monitor cash flows and manage liquidity and financial obligations.
• Analyze financial performance and provide reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Track accounts receivable and payable, collections, and payments.
• Review expenses and costs, and work on improving financial efficiency.
• Supervise monthly and annual financial closing processes.
• Ensure accuracy of entries, records, and financial accounts.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and prepare required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and related laws.
• Develop and improve financial and accounting procedures and controls.
• Monitor tax compliance in coordination with relevant authorities.
• Supervise the finance and accounting team, distribute tasks, and monitor performance.
• Prepare required financial and administrative reports for senior management.
• Provide financial support to various departments in preparing and analyzing costs and financial decisions.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the financial and accounting field.
• Strong experience in preparing financial reports, statements, budgets, and cash flows.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and relevant financial systems.
• Experience in managing and monitoring accounts receivable and payable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial and accounting systems is preferred.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Good leadership and management skills and ability to manage a team.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet financial deadlines.
