Job description

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Research and evaluate local and international suppliers, qualifying new vendors.
• Manage RFQ/RFP processes and analyze commercial and technical proposals.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and contractual terms.
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with suppliers.
• Assess supplier performance and track quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and enhance purchasing value.
• Conduct market studies and analyze product and service pricing and costs.
• Manage strategic sourcing operations for various categories, materials, and services.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, operations, and other departments to determine needs.
• Monitor contracts and commercial agreements with suppliers.
• Identify sourcing risks and develop plans to address them, ensuring supply continuity.
• Build a supplier database and track pricing and commercial terms.
• Prepare regular reports on sourcing performance, costs, and suppliers.
• Lead and guide the sourcing team, monitoring performance and achieving targets.
• Ensure compliance with established procurement and sourcing policies and procedures.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, including management experience.
• Experience in negotiation and management of pricing proposals and contracts.
• Good knowledge of local and international markets and suppliers.
• Experience in cost analysis and identifying cost reduction opportunities.
• Experience in managing and developing supplier performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP / Procurement Systems is preferred.
• Strong skills in leadership, negotiation, analysis, and decision-making.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
