Job Summary

Sales Executive is to determine the companys sales goals. Based on these goals they can develop eAective strategies to improve them and transform customers from potential buyers to loyal customers who subscribe to the companys services or are loyal to the products it offers.

Sales Executive Duties

Conduct market research and studies identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.

Search for new sales opportunities by communicating with customers via telephone and social media.

Set up meetings with potential customers and listen to their desires and concerns.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Create periodic reviews and reports with sales and determine financial data.

Participate on behalf of the organization in important exhibitions or conferences.

Negotiate and close sales transactions handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Collaborate with the work team to achieve better results.

Collect customer feedback and share it with the organizations staA.

Requirements

Sales Executive Skills

Proficient communication in Arabic and English.

Ability to use Microsoft office programs.

Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Comprehensive understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.

Ability to deliver compelling presentations. Interpersonal Skills Required for Sales Executives

The ability to analyse and evaluate a situation and determine whether a customers needs will ultimately lead to a purchase.

The ability to explore the most eAective ways to persuade more customers to buy.

Attention to the details of the target market and identify new items that can be transformed into valuable sales opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales manager and other administrative functions to lead the sales team toward optimal results.

The ability to smoothly manage customer situations even when customers initially reject the product or service.

Skills in training employees in all call scenarios and potential deals.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree.

Practical experience as a sales executive not less than 2 years .
