Microsoft Arabia is seeking a Senior Commercial Executive to drive commercial outcomes through deal-making, negotiation, and customer engagement. This full-time role involves close collaboration with sales, account teams, customers, and business stakeholders to structure commercial solutions, support complex negotiations, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales and commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex deals and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support complex commercial negotiations and deal-making activities.
- Partner with sales, account, finance, and business teams to drive revenue growth.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and senior stakeholders.
- Structure commercial solutions that align customer needs with business objectives.
- Analyze risks, opportunities, and commercial considerations throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with commercial policies and governance requirements.

Required Experience
Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a commercial or sales-related role, demonstrating a strong background in deal-making and negotiation.
