About the Role
Tamer Group is seeking a QA Supervisor to join their team. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves overseeing quality assurance operations within the warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Qualified Person and primary SFDA contact for the MDC warehouse, with backup responsibilities for FMT Controlled Drugs management.
- Ensure the implementation of approved quality procedures in daily warehouse operations within the assigned region.
- Support the review and proper implementation of quality contracts with vendors and clients.
- Monitor and manage complaints, ensuring timely investigation and effective resolution to prevent recurrence.
- Oversee the management of deviations, including thorough investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans, ensuring timely closure and effectiveness.
- Ensure proper management of recall requests from the SFDA and suppliers, including timely execution and documentation.
- Conduct regular inspections of warehouses to verify compliance with quality standards and operational procedures.
- Assist in reviewing and updating quality policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Support the review and verification of labeling and co-packing processes to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure monitoring of safety requirements at the warehouse and report any related deviations.
- Ensure monitoring of temperature and humidity at the warehouse and report any related deviations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards in inbound and outbound operations within warehouses.
Experience and Qualifications
Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment. A strong understanding of SFDA regulations and quality management systems is essential for this role.

This is a full-time position within Tamer Group, focusing on maintaining and enhancing quality standards across warehouse operations.
