About the Role
St. Regis is seeking a Saudi National Order Taker to join their team. This full-time role focuses on providing a memorable and unique dining experience for guests, extending beyond simply serving food and drinks. The Order Taker will be responsible for a range of guest services to ensure satisfaction.
Key Duties
- Setting tables for guests.
- Communicating effectively with kitchen staff.
- Interacting with and serving guests throughout their meal.
- Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe working environment for all.
- Adhere to all company policies and established procedures.
- Uphold high quality standards in all aspects of service.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
- Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as required.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or * equivalent is required.
- Less than one year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience is necessary for this role.
- No specific license or certification is required.
