Position Overview
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Director - Commercial to lead commercial strategies for landmark projects within the entertainment and leisure industry. Role Context and Responsibilities
The Senior Director - Commercial will spearhead commercial operations, working closely with diverse teams to foster collaboration, drive performance, and optimize contract management from inception through delivery. This role is critical for managing stakeholder relationships and guiding the team through challenges to maintain Qiddiya’s standards. The position requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of commercial management in large-scale projects.
Key Duties

Formulate and implement commercial strategies aligned with company objectives for major projects.
Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure favorable commercial terms.
Oversee contract management processes, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth.
Foster relationships with external partners to facilitate collaboration and enhance project outcomes.
Mentor and develop the commercial team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
15+ years of experience in commercial management or contract negotiation within the construction or real estate sectors.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and contracts.
