Role Summary
We are seeking an IT Coordinator with a background in hospitality and hotels to join our Information Technology team. This full-time role is responsible for supporting the hotel's technology infrastructure, ensuring the efficient operation of all systems, networks, hardware, and software to facilitate daily operations. The IT Coordinator will provide technical support, maintain system performance, and contribute to technology projects, focusing on reliability, security, and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support to end-users, addressing IT helpdesk requests and troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
Monitor and maintain the hotel's technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations, and peripheral devices, to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software across the property.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, system configurations, and user access permissions.
Support the implementation and maintenance of security protocols, including user authentication, data protection, and compliance with information security policies.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, software licensing, and technical support escalations.
Assist with technology projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
Perform routine system backups, updates, and patches to ensure data integrity and system security.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation, procedures, and knowledge base resources.
Support user training and onboarding for new technology systems and applications.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be proactive and service-oriented, possessing a strong understanding of hotel technology infrastructure. Experience in providing technical support and managing IT systems within a hospitality environment is essential for this role.
